Take advantage of our best prices on extended stays at Annie’s Bed and Breakfast. When you book three consecutive weeknights, you’ll enjoy the fourth weeknight absolutely FREE. For those looking to unwind over the weekend, book two consecutive nights and get Sunday at half price. Please note that there is a two-night minimum stay requirement on weekends throughout the year, and a two-night minimum stay on weekdays from June through October.
Our rates include a delicious full breakfast to start your day right. Local taxes will be added to the rates and are subject to change. To secure your reservation, a deposit for the first night’s lodging (or 50% of a longer stay) is required and will be charged to your credit card (MC, VISA, DISC, AMEX). The balance is due upon arrival.
Rest assured that if you need to cancel or change your reserved dates, please notify us at least 14 days in advance of your arrival for a full cash refund. Cancellations or changes made within 14 days will result in forfeiture of the deposit, unless the suite is re-rented. In the case of a no-show, the entire deposit will be forfeited. We will promptly send you a confirmation along with a helpful map to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
